The Case study

A retail store chain which has become serviced through select grocers and dealers in different provinces in Turkey Shell fuel station is located. It offers approximately 1300 barcode products in 11 different categories to its customers in nearly 400 companies located in different provinces of Turkey.. Dry, cold and dull products supplied from hundreds of different suppliers need to be supplied, stored, stock tracking, handling, distribution, collection of returns and delivered to the points in a complete timely manner and with a single shipment vehicle.

The solution

'Kürenet' a special web interface software allowing for online data sharing, daily requirement prognosis has been devised between Shell and Küresel. The program also allows for warehouse stock control, individual orders and on-line order monitoring. The purchasing process, automatic replenishment of stocks, the online oder organization, the interface system editing all contribute to B2B worksystem order, and the supply chain is thus organized effectively, within schedule through a single invoice and a single supplier.

Purchase, automatic inventory renewal, order creation with the program, writing interfaces to B2B order module all points have been decoded and the supply chain operation has started to be carried out in a timely and complete manner with one interlocutor, one supplier and one invoice.

The result

All the stock and procurement management of the SHELL Select Stores have been carried out through a single operation center. The elimination of multiple suppliers, and the collection of all goods under one roof resulted in minimizing mistakes and maximizing the control of the entire system: All the inventory positions are now simultaneously followed, and the out of stock items concurrently ordered thus preventing last minute procurement crisis. Kürenet has proven to be highly effective in short, mid- and long term operations it proved to compensate on time, effort, personnel, workforce, damage and returns. The transport of a variety goods with a single vehicle and a single invoice allows for internal reporting thus allowing SHELL to use the database for the development of new projects

Çözüm

Çok farklı yapıda ürün gruplarının çok farklı tedarikçilerden temin edildiği sistem içerisinde ürünler farklı ısı rejimlerinde ve saklama koşullarında depolanarak, şube bazında ayrıştırılır ve tamamen dedike ısı rejimli araçlar ile sevk edilir. Ürün devir hızının yüksek olduğu ve farklı coğrafyalarda bulunan noktalar için sezonsallık göz önüne alınarak planlama oluşturulur, ilgili bölge depoları ve araç filosu kullanılarak zamanında, eksiksiz ve uygun teslimat yapılır.

Müşterimize son derece farklı ve geniş kapsamlı ürün çeşitliliği ile ilgili tek elden tedarik yapabilme fırsatı sağlanmıştır. 36 şehir, 107 sinema işletmesi ve 1.000 salon sayısı ile hizmet veren MARS CINEMA GROUP merkezi olarak karar verilmiş mamul, yarı mamul veya hammadde gereksinimi satın alma planlaması sürecinden şubeye teslim aşamasına kadar tek elden tedarik zincir hizmeti almak istemektedir. Farklı bölge ve illerde ki her şubeye aynı hizmet kalitesi beklenmekte ev operasyon sırasında hiçbir aksama olmaması istenmektedir.

Çözüm

Şube büyüklüğü ve miktar gereksiniminden kaynaklanan teslimat risklerinden bağımsız olarak düzenlenmiş sabit teslimat günleri, düşük maliyet ve kontrollü stok seviyesi ile çalışma hizmeti sunulmuştur. Teslimat zamanlaması, kapıya kadar teslimat, karma koli elleçleme ve ihtiyaçların gereksinime göre planlanması şubelerin iş yükü ve personel ihtiyacını azaltmıştır.

Satın alma, otomatik stok yenilemesi, programla sipariş oluşturma, ara yüzlerin yazılması ile B2B sipariş modülüne tüm noktalar geçirilmiştir.
